After placing the new rule of a Gallery needs at least 3 examples before posting, I've made this Graphics Rating thread for people who want to post one or two pieces of work and get them CnC - In other words Comment and Critique.
Things you can post here to be CnC'd

Large Pieces and Wallpapers (Spoiler Please)
RULES
-You can CnC any of the Graphics posted - even if it has already been CnC'd, though pay attention to the ones that haven't.
-You can CnC more than one person
-For those who do the CnC, remember to give DETAIL critiques. No posts like "It's nice, I like the colours 8/10" - Detail is what's needed improving work as well as a rating out of 10 how well you think the piece is.
-Don't post other people's work, it's their own choice to get them critiqued or not.
-No flaming, no spamming etc
-Of course, follow all PSN rules

I'm liking this.
8/10; I like it, really smooth but you lost a few details (Mainly his face) while resizing. If I'm not mistaken, you outlined Thundurus' Fist? Yeah, something like that would work. There isn't really much to comment, haha.

The contrast and colors don't fit with Chatot. Add a few more tints of blue and yellow, and I'd say thats about it, but I don't know much about userbars anyway so whatever.

What if I steal it *shot*? Looks good, nice blurring and general effects, I like the white dots. I feel there could have been a bit more done to the render however.

Well... Pretty decent, I guess, but you could add much more details to that. The lake/sea looks a bit unnatural to me too. 5/10.
