The main sprite on the right I want is Crobat.
A second large sprite? No.
The words I want are Lavity: The UU Specialist
Secondary Words? No
The font I want is Default (the one you used for Phantom/Murray's userbar)
The small sprite I want is Gary Oak.
The color scheme I want is purple and a darker purple
