RaMpAgE Swiss Tourney v2

Welcome Everyone to the Champions of Champions Swiss Tourney.
This is not your ordinary tourney, this is a Swiss tourney. So you ask what is a Swiss tourney? Here is the explanation for this type of tourney format.
 The principle of a Swiss tournament is that each player will be pitted against another player who has done as well (or as poorly) as him or herself.
 The first round is either drawn at random or seeded according to rating. Win, lose, or draw, all players proceed to the next round where winners are pitted against winners, losers are pitted against losers, and so on. In subsequent rounds, players face opponents with the same (or almost the same) score. No player is paired up against the same opponent twice however. The tournament lasts for a number of rounds announced before the tournament.
 After the number of rounds is over, this tourney turns into a top 8. In the top 8, it turns into single elimination and no longer do people face opponents with the same (or almost the same) score. At this point, the brackets are to be determined by random. Therefore top 4, top 2, and then a winner rises.
Tie Breakers
 In the end there is probably going to be people with the same record and will be complaining who goes on to the top 8. Tie breakers will be judged by points. The more points that you have the better chance that you will be in a higher place than other people with the same record as you. To keep this tie breaker simple just look below.
Wins
An example would be if you are to beat someone 6-0 you will get 8pts. which is really good. the more points you got the better.
 6-0: 8pts
 5-0: 6pts
 4-0: 5pts
 3-0: 4pts
 2-0: 3pts
 1-0: 2pt
Loses
An example would be if you lose to someone by a 6-0 you get negative -6pts. If you are to lose only by a 1-0 you gain 1pt.
 0-6: -6pts
 0-5: -4pts
 0-4: -3pts
 0-3: -2pt
 0-2: -1pt
 0-1: 1pts
Passes
If you are to win by default you will not earn any tie breaker points.
I will keep a record of the tie breakers. But in order for this to work you MUST!! post the score of the battle. You must post who won/who loss by how much/how bad.
Well know you understand this format of tournament right?
So, this tournament will be played by Standard Rules and will be 6 rounds long until top 8.
Standard Rules
 Evasion clause -You and your opponent can not use evasion increasing moves like double team and minimize. This clause does not include Accuracy reducing moves, as this is considered Pseudo Phazer.
 Legit/legal clause - None of the pokemon can have illegal movesets, 999 in all stats or 255 EVs in all stats. An example of an illegal moveset would be would be a Magnezone with Flamethrower or Salamance with Ice Beam.
 OHKO clause - You and your opponent can not use moves that causes instant one-hit knockouts. Some examples would be sheer cold, fissure, and guillotine.
 Sleep clause - Only one pokemon can be to sleep (on your side of the field) at a time. The only time your opponent can use another sleep move is when your pokemon either wakes up or faints, then your opponent can use a sleep move again. The move Rest does not count toward sleep clause, so if your opponent were to put a Pokemon asleep because of Rest, you can still use a sleep inducing move on your opponent. If you put to sleep a Pokemon that has the ability Natural Cure and your opponent switches out this Pokemon, you can put to sleep pokemon without breaking this clause.
 Species clause - You and your opponent can not use more then one of the same pokemon. This means that you or your opponent can not use two Infernapes or Garchomps or two of the same pokemon in general.
 Uber clause - You and your opponent can not use ubers in a battle.
 Luck items Clause - You and your oppnent can not use Items that rely on luck to be activated. Some examples are focus band, bright powder, and quick claw.
The link below is the link to the tier list of this tourney. Deoxys-S and Wobba are both allowed, yes. Wobba is now in the OU tier and I can't ban it, its like baning Garchomp. So Wobba is now allowed in the tourney.

Substitutes
 Substitutes will only be available until round 2. The substitute will either take on the person who dropped record, or get an auto loss for the number of rounds passed. So for example if someone was to join the tourney because someone dropped out with a record of 1-0, the sub. will take on the record. If someone shows a lack of activity in the tourney, they will be dropped and replace with a sub. the sub. list is below, the list is only gonna be a list of 10.

Other tournament RULES
 If you are to spam on this thread and you are in the tourney you will be dropped. You will be replaced with a sub.(if it is only under round 2) who will take on your record.
 You must contact your opponent when the round starts. If you opponent does not respond to your message in 3days, please send me a PM. No you will not get an auto win right away, but if he is to ignore you the whole time and the deadline is hit then you will advance. So pretty much whoever is more active and did not get their match done, the more active person will advance.
 If both you and your opponent show lack on this thread and not post saying that you have not yet battled your opponent, then either one of these will happen.
BEFORE Round 3-
You and your opponent will be replaced by someone on the substitute list.
AFTER Round 3-
I will have to pick a winner by random.
 DISCONNECTING
Alright disconnecting what the selfish and disloyal people do. If it is a real D/C and not on purpose, you guys will have to have a re-match.Unless someone is honest and says that they would of lost and gives the other person the match. If it was a huge difference and really was an connection error then the person winning will move on. In order for this to activate the person who was winning before the D/C must have had 3 or more pokes that the opponent. So for example someone is winning 5-2 and a D/C happens, most likely the person who had the 5 pokies left moves on. Unless the person winning was not sure that they would of still won. So then there would have to be a re-match.
 If you can record please do so i can judge much better on a D/C that happens. If the D/C is on purpose the person will be DQ'd and either be dropped or replaced by a sub depending on the round.

I hope everyone will have fun in this tourney and enjoys it.
