With too many people in the Dialga conference following the quitting

trend, ive decided to cut that conference down to 8 people. There will still

be a playoff system in that conference, just that it will be down to 8

people. There will also only be 2 divisions in the dialga conference. I

might have to cut some people from the dialga conference, so if that

happens you will be added to the sub's list in case anybody else quits.
