pretty solid team, here are some of my suggestions:
Roserade: shadow ball > sludge bomb or else gengar would wall you.
Heatran: im glad to see someones using something other than scarf. thumbs up for originality.
Vaporeon: Fine.
Jirachi: Fine.
i dont like that kingdra and salamence are on the same team, but thats just me. i would go for a scizor maybe because it resists what salamence is weak against and could be protected by heatran.

Focus Sash suicide lead Aero> This. 3 Choice Scarf sweepers seems a little rendundant to me, and Sludge Bomb is garbage.

No. Choice scarf actually lets you outspeed something besides Zigzagoon. And Hp[ice]> Stealth Rock, for better revenge killing.

Fire Blast or Heat wave provide more power than Flamethrower. But a BB should 2hko blissey.

Overall, it's not too bad, but my brain has been fried so I might have told you to put down a lv.3 shellder.

Yes, looks solid.. each pokemon compliments each others weaknesses so that all looks good, and about switching out Kingdra, honestly you don't need to.. it's only weekness is Dragon which is covered well by heatran and jirachi, then with its .25 resistances to fire and water it can cover for heatran and jirachi likewise. keep it, its epic and it is your second physical sweeper, and to be honest i cant see a better one suited to your team.
