Swarm Pokémon have been a really good method of obtaining older generation Pokémon (that aren´t normally available in the wild) ever since the original Pokémon Gold and Silver games were released. As Pokémon that are in swarms cannot be obtained anywhere else in the games, unless of course you transfer them from an older generation game. These swarms change everyday and in order for you to take advantage of this feature, you must first defeat the Pokémon League.
