Using Medicham in battle

Most Used Medicham Set: A scarf medicham serves as a fast revenge killer, hence why it’s the most used set on medicham. Scarf medicham runs the following moves; ice punch, brick break/hi jump kick, thunder punch and psycho cut.

Usual Counters: The generation shift gave medicham the elemental punches, but at the cost of physical shadow ball. Now with the loss of physical shadow ball, cressilia and dusknoir can switch in with ease and take little damage from its attacks; bronzong and skarmory also might work. Medicham, being pretty much like any choice user, should be beat by predicting its moves and switching accordingly.

Sets Used To Counter Its Counters: Fire punch can be used for bronzong, although it’s not very effective out of beating bronzong and is really wasting a move slot for medicham. As for cressilia and dusknoir, then just rely on one of your team mates (something like cb pursuit ttar or cb pursuit weavile) to kill it.

Medicham Is Most Used On: Any team that is in need of a revenge killer and a powerful hard hitter, so basically any standard ou team or offensive ones.
