Using Shedinja in battle

Most Used Shedinja Sets: Shedinja can only effectively run, sword dance, shadow sneak, x-scissor and wow/toxic, this is the only “effective” set shedi can use.

Usual Counters: Any form of residual damage, which includes, Fire/ Flying / Dark / Ghost / Rock moves, non-Fighting / Normal attacks from a Mold Breaker Pokémon, Poison, Burn, Leech Seed, Confusion damage, Sandstorm, Hail, Spikes / Stealth Rock, Nightmare, Darkrai’s Bad Dreams, Life Orb recoil, Double-Edge recoil, Struggle, Struggle recoil, Destiny Bond, Perish Song, Aftermath, Rough Skin, Future Sight / Doom Desire, Ghost-type Curse, Jaboca/Rowap Berry recoil, and absorbing health against a Pokémon with Liquid Ooze.

Sets Used To Counter Its Counters: It really can’t do anything to any form of residual damage. So basically just be careful of any form of residual damage, furthermore, you should keep this until late game, once you have killed every pokemon that has access to a residual damaging move or you have made sure your opponent doesn’t have an automatic weather changer, then that’s the time where you can switch in your hidden shedninja and “own” your opponent.

Shedninja Is Most Used On: Shedninja should have a team centered around it, which is usually what happens, running 2-3 rapid spinners and 1-2 weather changers, to make shedi sweep with ease.
